In triathlon everyone can train together - some will just do slightly different routes and times on the road, in the pool or even on the beach. A 3 lap route chasing those doing a 2 lap route can be very challenging for the chasers. Once we know the final mix of athletes we will adjust the programme to suit all individuals. We are experienced in training everyone, from Novices to Elites and Youngsters to the almost Ancient.

Our aim is to ensure you enjoy the camp, that it's challenging and that you want to come back again.

Time to Train

Not everyone wants to do the same thing and the same programme wouldn't be right for everyone. However, we have to start with an overall plan, certain times when we are available for video analysis and others where we concentrate on transition skills. In that we follow the old coaches maxim "Not Planning at All is Planning to Fail".

So, we start with an overall plan and then adjust that according to who is on the camp. On the right below is our general weekly plan, some elements will be for everyone but others will only be undertaken by a proportion of athletes or they will complete a slightly different session for specific reasons.
